Surgery Drop Off Instructions
*For everyone's safety, ALL dogs must be on a leash and ALL cats must be in a carrier.*
*NO FOOD after 10:00 PM the night before surgery. Water is OK.*
Surgery drop off is between 6:45 and 8:00 AM. Sign in at the front desk and a technician will call your name in the order received. The technician will then review the surgical paperwork and any additional services you may want or may be required. Your pet will be kept comfortable in a kennel or their carrier until their actual procedure.
Discharge is between 1:00 and 5:00 PM but we will call or text you when your pet is out of recovery with a more precise pick up time. If you cannot make the suggested time, 5:30 PM is the latest pick up.
Vaccine and Wellness Reservation Instructions
Vaccine and wellness arrival is between 7:30 and 9:30 AM. Clients will stay with their pets for the duration of the procedure.
Hours of operation will stay the same but we'll only be open Tuesday through Friday.
A Message to Our Clients
When you book a reservation at our clinic, we dedicate our resources and time specifically for your pet’s needs. If you’re unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
Due to necessary patient safety measures, it is not possible to fill no-show appointments with other pets the same day. This means that fewer patients can receive care that day, and no-shows significantly hinder our ability to keep our costs low to meet our mission of providing affordable quality care.
